assessment of autonomic nervous function and level of physical fitness based on Heart Rate Variability analysis.

1. Introduction.
2. Theoretical overview of Heart Rate Variability.
3. Quantitative assessment of autonomic nervous system based on HRV.
4. Clinical assessment based on orthostatic test and types of autonomic responses during orthostatic test.
5. Clinical assessment based on valsalva maneuver combined with deep breathing and types of autonomic responses during valsalva maneuver.
6. Case study based on real patients orthostatic and valsalva test examples and real-time case studies involving volunteer testing during session.
