Cancellation Policy
Written notification must be submitted to Heart Rhythm Instruments Inc. for registration cancellation. A $50 processing fee will be withheld on cancellations postmarked prior to May 15, 2008. After this date, all cancellations will be refunded in the form of a credit toward a future seminar or a purchase.
