We developed three Fitness express products that provide in-depth assessment of the Level of Physical Fitness.
Dynamic Express is a computer-based, fully automated system designed for quantitative assessment of Physical Fitness level based on Heart Rate Variability analysis. The Fitness evaluation is based on exercise on a bicycle ergometer or treadmill. Dynamic Express system is installed on a desktop or a notebook computer and uses a convenient “Polar” belt to collect heart beats for analysis. The fitness test takes 30-40 minutes to administer. The results of the analysis are displayed immediately after the test, are stored in the client database and can be printed at any time. Fitness evaluation by Dynamic-Express is based on analysis of two parameters:
The Level of Physical reserve;
Level of Dynamic ability of all regulation mechanisms in the body. The Dynamic-Express system utilizes a revolutionary approach for assessment of Physical Fitness

Nerve-Express Fitness is a computer-based, fully automated system for quantitative assessment of the Level of Physical Fitness based on Heart Rate Variability analysis. The Nerve-Express Fitness system is installed on a desktop or a notebook computer and uses a convenient "Polar" belt to collect heart beats for analysis. The system recognizes more than 70 states of Physical Fitness reflected on a chart, where the vertical axis represents levels of Adaptability and the horizontal axis represents Wellness levels. This allows fitness professionals to detect overtraining or undertraining and to optimize exercise program. The evaluation is based on lying-to-standing test, which takes about 3-4 min.
The Standard Nerve-Express system comes in two versions: One Channel Nerve-Express and Dual-Channel Nerve-Express. The Dual-Channel system performs the same functions as the One-Channel system and, in addition, allows health professionals to save time by measuring two persons simultaneously. The test procedure requires two separate beds at least 4 feet apart.
